Body dimensions refer to your actual physical measurements (such as standing chest or waist circumference) measured with a tape measure. Garment dimensions refer to the exact flat-lay or physical size of the clothing item itself. Please check the subtitle above each chart to confirm whether you should match your own body size or compare the numbers to a similar item you already own.

To measure your chest, wrap a flexible tape measure horizontally around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level under your arms and across your shoulder blades. For your waist, measure around the narrowest part of your waistline, typically near your belly button, while keeping the tape comfortably relaxed.

Youth sizes are primarily categorized by age ranges and general height/weight growth stages. However, because children grow at different rates, we strongly recommend checking the specific chest and waist inch measurements in the youth tables rather than relying solely on age.
