      Jersey Size Guide

Size charts for NFL, MLB, College, NBA, NHL, and Soccer jerseys — Men, Women, and Kids.
How to read these charts: Most charts list sizes across the top row. The first column shows the measurement type (e.g., Chest, Waist, Hips).
Some jerseys include both body measurements (use your own body size to pick a size) and garment measurements (the actual jersey dimensions). All values are in inches unless cm is noted.

      Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose the right size if I am between two sizes?

If your measurements fall on the borderline between two sizes, we generally recommend ordering the smaller size for a tighter, athletic fit, or the larger size if you prefer a looser, more relaxed everyday fit. For tops, prioritize your chest measurement if chest and waist measurements point to different sizes.

What is the difference between body dimensions and garment dimensions?

Body dimensions refer to your actual physical measurements (such as standing chest or waist circumference) measured with a tape measure. Garment dimensions refer to the exact flat-lay or physical size of the clothing item itself. Please check the subtitle above each chart to confirm whether you should match your own body size or compare the numbers to a similar item you already own.

How should I measure my chest and waist properly?

To measure your chest, wrap a flexible tape measure horizontally around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level under your arms and across your shoulder blades. For your waist, measure around the narrowest part of your waistline, typically near your belly button, while keeping the tape comfortably relaxed.

Are youth sizes based on age or body measurements?

Youth sizes are primarily categorized by age ranges and general height/weight growth stages. However, because children grow at different rates, we strongly recommend checking the specific chest and waist inch measurements in the youth tables rather than relying solely on age.

New for 2026-27 and In Stock - Key Details

      No-Fade Colour

The blue tone is held inside the yarn, which is why the jersey still reads the same in March as it did in September.

      Comfortable Short Sleeve

The short sleeve cut keeps the arm free and works under a light jacket when the weather turns on the walk to the ground.

      Lightweight Comfort

The polyester build keeps the jersey light on the shoulders, which matters on a warm afternoon in the stands or a long day on campus.

      Straightforward Care

Machine wash, low heat, and it is ready again before the next game. No special handling required.

What You Get When You Order for 2026-2027

This is the 2026-2027 build of the SMU Mustangs blue jersey, and it is in stock in the sizes shown on this page. The lightweight polyester platform keeps the weight down, the seams sit flat, and the collar holds its shape through a full season of washing.

Order before the first home game and the colours are ready for it. The blue palette stays exactly where SMU Mustangs supporters expect it; what changed for 2026-2027 is the weight, the seam layout and the airflow.

      • In stock now in the sizes listed on this page
      • Lighter body than the previous knit, with better airflow
      • blue colourway built to hold its depth across the season
      • Reworked seams to cut friction under the arm

Where the New SMU Mustangs Jersey Gets Worn

It moves straight into the weekly rotation. Throw it on for game day, for class, or for the tailgate. The fabric handles all three without holding odour or losing shape.

      Sizing, Fit and Version Notes

      Ordering Questions, Answered

Does this fit the same as other fan jerseys?

It follows standard fan jersey measurements, so if you know your size in other supporter jerseys, the same size should work here. The blue SMU Mustangs design is cut consistently across the size range.

      How should I wash it?

Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle, inside out, with similar colours. Skip fabric softener and skip the tumble dryer. Line dry and the shape and graphics stay intact.

Can I wear it for everyday use, not just game days?

That is how most people end up wearing it. The build is light and clean enough for campus, work or travel, and the blue keeps it obviously connected to SMU Mustangs.

Is the #1 printed front and back?

Yes. The number is carried on the front and back of the design, so the jersey reads clearly from any angle in the stands.

Get the 2026-27 SMU Mustangs blue jersey in your size while the range is open - lightweight, breathable, unmistakably SMU Mustangs.
