      Jersey Size Guide

Size charts for NFL, MLB, College, NBA, NHL, and Soccer jerseys — Men, Women, and Kids.
How to read these charts: Most charts list sizes across the top row. The first column shows the measurement type (e.g., Chest, Waist, Hips).
Some jerseys include both body measurements (use your own body size to pick a size) and garment measurements (the actual jersey dimensions). All values are in inches unless cm is noted.

      Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose the right size if I am between two sizes?

If your measurements fall on the borderline between two sizes, we generally recommend ordering the smaller size for a tighter, athletic fit, or the larger size if you prefer a looser, more relaxed everyday fit. For tops, prioritize your chest measurement if chest and waist measurements point to different sizes.

What is the difference between body dimensions and garment dimensions?

Body dimensions refer to your actual physical measurements (such as standing chest or waist circumference) measured with a tape measure. Garment dimensions refer to the exact flat-lay or physical size of the clothing item itself. Please check the subtitle above each chart to confirm whether you should match your own body size or compare the numbers to a similar item you already own.

How should I measure my chest and waist properly?

To measure your chest, wrap a flexible tape measure horizontally around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level under your arms and across your shoulder blades. For your waist, measure around the narrowest part of your waistline, typically near your belly button, while keeping the tape comfortably relaxed.

Are youth sizes based on age or body measurements?

Youth sizes are primarily categorized by age ranges and general height/weight growth stages. However, because children grow at different rates, we strongly recommend checking the specific chest and waist inch measurements in the youth tables rather than relying solely on age.

Youth Premium Black Providence Friars Hockey Jersey

If you are updating one piece of gear for 2026-27, start with the Providence Friars black jersey. In stock now, cut for everyday comfort, and easy to style with what you already own.

Order now and the colours are ready before the first home game.

New for 2026-27 and In Stock - Key Details

      No-Fade Colour

The black tone is held inside the yarn, which is why the jersey still reads the same in March as it did in September.

      Graphics That Stay Sharp

The Providence Friars graphics are set into the fabric instead of sitting on top as a heavy layer, so nothing cracks or peels after repeated washing.

      Clean V-Neckline

The V-neck keeps the collar line tidy and stops the jersey from pulling across the chest when you move.

      Shape-Retaining Collar

The collar and cuffs are built to keep their form after repeated washing, so the jersey still looks sharp late in the season.

What You Get When You Order for 2026-2027

This is the 2026-2027 build of the Providence Friars black jersey, and it is in stock in the sizes shown on this page. The lightweight polyester platform keeps the weight down, the seams sit flat, and the collar holds its shape through a full season of washing.

Order before the first home game and the colours are ready for it. The black palette stays exactly where Providence Friars supporters expect it; what changed for 2026-2027 is the weight, the seam layout and the airflow.

      • In stock now in the sizes listed on this page
      • Lighter body than the previous knit, with better airflow
      • black colourway built to hold its depth across the season
      • Reworked seams to cut friction under the arm

Where the New Providence Friars Jersey Gets Worn

For the fan who keeps a jersey in the car through the season, this is the one that stays there. Comfortable in the stands, presentable if the day continues somewhere else.

      Sizing, Fit and Version Notes

Fit guide: the short sleeve cut is relaxed through the chest rather than tight. Take your usual size for a clean fit, or one size up if you plan to wear it over a sweatshirt. Check the chest measurement against a jersey you already own for the closest match.

Detailed specs: 100% polyester. Short sleeve. V-neck. Fully sublimated graphics with no raised stitching. Clean finished hem. Everything above is listed in the specification table below this description.

      Ordering Questions, Answered

Does this fit the same as other fan jerseys?

It follows standard fan jersey measurements, so if you know your size in other supporter jerseys, the same size should work here. The black Providence Friars design is cut consistently across the size range.

Is the fabric going to feel heavy in warm weather?

It is built light. The polyester knit moves air rather than trapping it, which is why it works on a warm afternoon as well as under a jacket on a cold one.

      How should I wash it?

Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle, inside out, with similar colours. Skip fabric softener and skip the tumble dryer. Line dry and the shape and graphics stay intact.

      Do you ship internationally?

Delivery options for your address are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing on this page overrides what the checkout tells you.

One order covers the whole season. Add the Providence Friars black jersey to the basket in your size.
